GHH Mining Machines offers a comprehensive inventory of imported, as well as locally sourced and manufactured genuine parts. Spares stocked are quality assured and carry superior industry warranties in order to guarantee a higher standard of prolonged technical efficiency, equipment reliability and availability. The Life Cycle Service Programme not only supplies the spare parts themselves, but offers tailor-made supply agreements; consignment stock and stock management systems; service exchange programmes and remanufactured parts.

A dedicated team specialises in the supply and servicing of the spares aspect of the business, available to discuss and establish spares supply programmes, stock management and technical advice, that provide the best combination of service and spares supply for the customer.


Headquartered in Gauteng, the specialised workshops and manufacturing facilities for GHH Mining Machines provide machine repair, refurbishment and remanufacture programmes. This enables the company to offer their customers cost effective life cycle extensions on both components and complete machines, as well as implementation of upgrades and updated technology offerings on equipment during the rebuild process. In addition, the full remanufactured machines carry a ‘new-machine’ warranty after rebuild at the company’s facilities, allowing the customer to benefit from extensively increased asset life and value.


In addition to the full machine remanufacture programme available at GHH Mining Machines, all major components can also be refurbished and repaired in their dedicated component repair workshops. A specialised team of skilled professionals are exclusively committed to the component business of the company, providing efficient and cost-effective turn-around of machine components. In addition to this technical offering, working with the Life Cycle Service Team, components can be efficiently replaced and repaired as part of a service exchange programme, with components also carrying relevant warranties.


GHHMM has dedicated substantial resources to the development and expansion of its Training offering in recent years and now boasts a team of professionals geared up to facilitate training of both technical and operating trainees within their training facilities as well as on site.
With accreditation and recognition locally and outside of South Africa, GHH Mining Machines’ Training Team offer world-class skills and knowledge development for the improvement of operation and servicing of their underground mining equipment.


GHHMM is proud to have a team of dedicated, skilled Field Service Representatives who are trained to offer a wide variety of on-site, technical services. The team covers company branches and mine sites across sub-Saharan Africa in a variety of customer-specific service arrangements from service and maintenance supervision and assistance to 24hr emergency call-outs.
