8HR2 Häggloader – Rail Bourne

The GIA 8HR2 Häggloader uses the digging arms system to load onto a conveyor, which then fills a haulage vehicle with a constant flow of ore.

7HR Häggloader – Trackless

GIA 7HR wheel borne Häggloaders are rubber tyred,    electro-hydraulic driven, trackless loaders with a unique dual digging arm system. Available in two models 7HR and 10HR.

DHD20 Locomotive

Diesel HydroDynamic(DHD) locomotives are available in 15 to 45ton models.
Engine - Deutz TCD2013L06, 165kW @ 2300rpm, Water cooled
Transmission - Clark, full power shift transmission with torque converter and gear box with 2 or 3 stages forward and reverse gear through hydraulic wet disc clutches. Converter with lock-up function gives good high speed performance and good motor braking.
Speed forward and reverse:
 - Gear 1: 0-10km/h
 - Gear 2: 0-19km/h
 - Gear 3: 0-33km/h

SwedVent Flexible Ducting

All seams and other joining works are fully welded (vulcanised) 40mm wide. No sewing. Suspension hooks are welded to the fabric at a distance of c/c 0,75m. On duct diameters >Ø1800mm, two parallel lines of suspension hooks are mounted.

Coupling A

Zip-joints - Both duct ends made with a split zipper (plastic zipper) of heavy duty PVC-type. Protection-sleeve which on the outside hides the zipper and on the inside seals the joint according to the principle ”the higher pressure the tighter joint”. With Zip-joints, the ducting is delivered on standard pallets regardless diameter.

Coupling B

Steel clamps - One end of each duct length is fitted with a steel ring, vulcanised to the fabric. One steel clamp made of galvanized 1,5mm steel with locking device (threaded crank) closes the joint.
